Steady Home Mobility is operated by Superhumancy LLC D/B/A Steady Home Mobility, a New Jersey business. We are an authorized reseller of home mobility and accessibility equipment. We are not the manufacturer of any product we sell. All trademarks and product names are the property of their respective manufacturers.

Cash-Pay Only — Please Read

We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance. We do not file claims on your behalf, and we cannot provide documentation for reimbursement beyond a standard itemized receipt.

All purchases are paid directly by you at the time of order. Many mobility products are eligible for reimbursement through an HSA or FSA, but eligibility is determined by your plan administrator, not by us.

If insurance coverage is essential to your purchase, please speak with a Medicare-enrolled durable medical equipment supplier instead. We would rather tell you that now than after you have paid.

Fit Consultation — What It Is and Isn't

Our fit consultation helps you determine whether a piece of equipment will physically suit your vehicle, your home, and your stated needs. It covers dimensions, weight capacity, transport, and storage.

It is not medical advice. We are not clinicians. We do not assess, diagnose, or prescribe, and our guidance is not a substitute for evaluation by a physician, physical therapist, or occupational therapist. For questions about whether a particular device is medically appropriate for you or a family member, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

We work to keep specifications, pricing, and availability accurate, and we source product data from manufacturers directly. Manufacturer specifications govern in the event of any discrepancy. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we believe the product is not suitable for the stated use. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you receive a full refund.
