Shipping

Free ground shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the United States.

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are placed with the manufacturer within one business day. Delivery typically takes 4–9 business days from the date your order ships. You will receive tracking information as soon as it ships.

How Delivery Works

Equipment ships by freight carrier with curbside or threshold delivery. Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment. The carrier will not bring the item inside your home or assemble it.

Inspect Before You Sign

This is the most important step in the whole delivery.

Check every side of every carton before signing. If you see any damage:

  1. Accept the shipment — do not refuse it.
  2. Write "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.
  3. Photograph the damage.
  4. Call us within 5 business days at 201-468-0465.

Signing a clean delivery receipt for a damaged shipment may void the freight claim and limit what we can do for you. Take the extra minute.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law.
